LOOKING BACK AT THE WEEKEND: Pekhart scored two goals and he is back in the lead of the table

 

Tomas Pekhart couldn’t wish for better premiere in the Sparta basic configuration. At the weekend he has played at home game against Brno and his team won 2-0 with his two goals. Along with him appeared on the field Jaromir Blazek, Tomas Zapotocny and Vaclav Kadlec. Jiri Kladrubsky and Andrew Keric also appeared on the field during the match .

Tomas Pekhart used very well his first chance from the coach Jozef Chovanec. Thanks to his two goals he is back in the lead of the table with his 13 goals. In the next round he will have extra motivation, Sparta will play at the Jablonec ground. But before that, Gambrinus League has  representative pause, where Tomas will play matches in the A-Team. Vaclav Kadlec was nominated into the A-Team.

Jan Polak and others hasn’t played that well an important match for their rescue. Wolsburg was in the lead 1:0 from the fortieth minute at the Stuttgart ground, but the home players equalized in the fourth minute of extension. The Czech midfielder started in the second half.

On the other hand,Kaiserslautern was doing better when they won 1-0 in Mönchengladbach. Adam Hlousek played the entire match.
